I was fortunate enough to work with Fishermen Labs on this internal project called Sonar. A project management tool that keeps track of a Project's health such as budget and client satisfaction. I lead UI/UX design on this project as well as art direction and collaboration with backend developers.

Challenge
There are a lot of great project managing tools available, however they can be overwhelming and cluttered with a lot of features. As projects start to pile up, it is very difficult for project owners to quickly glance at the status of each project. Fishermen wanted to create a tool that is simple to use and accessible for all team members.
Solution
With the collaboration of myself, in-house devs, and project managers we implemented on a health system that covers our four most important project factors: project budget, deadline, client satisfaction, and employee satisfaction. Thus, we created the Happy board that visualizes the overall project mood through iconography and color.
