Home Speed Test

I collaborated with the motion team to illustrate how the speeds move from one location to the other. In comparison with other internet speed tests, we wanted to educate users on their results and how it relates to their internet plan.

Manage Home Devices

Users can take a quick glance over their connected devices and see which device is consuming the most data. In addition, user controls such as Pausing and Prioritizing devices are available.

Customer Self Install

The install experience was designed to bring a little more fun when going through the journey of setting up hardware devices such as an extender. I have also collaborated with the 3D team in conceptualizing and storyboarding 3D assets.

Wi-Fi Name & Password

The Wi-Fi details can be accessed from the network status header where users can easily edit their home Wi-Fi information and as well as create Wi-Fi for guests.

Message Center

The message center stores all security, device, and in-app notifications. The virtual assistant can also be accessed here.

Extender Upgrade Experience

Most users do not know how many extenders their home needs. We designed a flow that helps users select their home type and home size to determine the quantity needed.
